Fine filament needles are placed in specific points along the imbalanced channels/meridians stimulating the micro and macro mechanisms of our bodies to realign and rebalance.

Used as a stand alone treatment or in conjunction with acupuncture, glass cups are placed in strategic positions over the body to move any stagnation, heat and cold lodged in the body.  Discolouration of the skin can be left after treatment which fades over time.

Moxa is made from dried leaves and stems of the Mugwort plant.  There are multiple ways to apply this ancient form of treatment and can be in a smoke or smokeless form. All forms are initiated by lighting the moxa and applying it to the body in strategic positions with or without acupuncture.
